Rocky Moutain National Park
Stanley Hotel
Sitting outside the Rocky Mountain National Park, in Estes Park, is the magnificent Stanley Hotel. In case you feel a slight case of deja vu, this is the hotel used in The Shining. I think the hotels exterior facade is beautiful. We didn’t pay the $5 to park and look around but I can only imagine that the inside is beautiful as well.
We visited the park last weekend so this week will feature one photo per day of my visit. Prepare to see wildlife and lots of snow, even though it is June.
