Bike Rails

Are these bike rails that run the side of the stairs or am I making things too complicated? Maybe they just drain water?

  1. I like to think they’re bike rails, especially since Denver is so eco-friendly. But it will be interesting to see if someone knows for sure.

  2. Yes, they’re bike rails. We had them where I grew up on the North Shore of Chicago. They’re so that you don’t have to bounce your bike up the stairs but instead can easily walk it up.
